The Cottage

The cottage is over 250 years old, but rest assured, it's in very good order having recently been renovated. We're also proud to say that Gaerwen Farm Holiday Cottage received a 5 star grading from the Welsh Tourist Board, so you don't have to take our word for how nice the cottage is. The cottage will sleep two people comfortably with plenty of room for a dog. Only a well-behaved one though, as there are free range hens roaming the grounds who supply your eggs! If you have any queries during your stay the owners are in the adjoining building and will be happy to help.

Ground Floor

Entrance hall leading fully fitted kitchen comprising

• Washing machine and tumble dryer

• Dishwasher (you are on holiday after all)

• Electric cooker and hob

Separate sitting room with original Inglenook fire place with wood burning stove. 28" widescreen television with DVD player and small DVD library. There is also a small selection of books and board games for you to enjoy during your stay.

First Floor

Large bedroom with king size brass bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers leading onto a luxurious en-suite bathroom which boasts a roll top bath and a separate double shower. All rooms have stunning views onto the mountain and woodland.

Outside

Outside the cottage you'll find a barbeque and garden furniture set in 10 acres of land for you to explore. Unlike some holiday cottages parking your car is not a problem.

On Arrival

A welcome pack is included for your benefit including basics such as tea and coffee as well as some local produce.

Services

All heating fuel, electricity, bed linen and towels are supplied. Please let us know if you require synthetic pillows and duvet rather than feather filled.
